Logan speaks at Revit User Group at AIA Portland

Logan SMITH

Logan has been creating virtual buildings since 2004. He graduated from game engines to old school drafting arm at University of Oregon’s  Masters of Architecture Program. It was there that he finally began to understand how to put his environmentalism to action with green building practices that are more efficient and ecological. Logan is a Certified Passive House Consultant through PHIUS.

After practicing as an architect and Revit lead for a number of years, Logan started automating some of the tedious tasks of architecture by developing Revit plugins that made his work go faster. Logan led the VR initiative at Ankrom Moisan Architects in Portland before starting Bevel with Simon Manning

Logan Co-Hosts the Portland AEC Meetup and moderates the global AEC VR Slack channel, a community for learning and collaborating in VR and AR for AEC.
